A: You will never be removed or bumped out of your current shipping group. Your shipping group is assigned based on the date/time of your checkout

Q: Why am I in my current group?

A: Group placement is set at the date/time of your purchase. It is based on the available group placements at the time of checkout.

Q: Do I have to share to keep my spot?

A: No, your spot is locked in at the time of purchase.

Q: How do you determine the max number of people in each group?

A: We have scaled group sizes to match our production schedule and our internal capacity to onboard and support new customers. This pacing allows us to provide the best possible experience for each of our customers.

Q: Are these ship dates firm?

A: The dates and timelines given are our best estimates based on our current production schedule. We do our best to keep to the dates shown, however given the current global situation, we may need to adjust these timelines as needed.
